| With your dominant foot on the ground (usually right foot), place your non-dominant foot on the front of the pumpRockr. |

| Putting your weight onto the board, gently kick off with your foot and place it on the rear of the board, near the tail. |

When you feel balanced, swing your front leg to the left and right by rocking your hips left and right. Some pumpRockers also start by rocking their front ankle left and right.
Now you're pumpRockin!
